A screening report for a business or organization applying to be a leaseholder will contain the following information:
Rental History: Bemrose will seek to obtain rental references from current and past landlords, as applicable.
Credit History: We will contact trade references from entities with whom the applicant has an established, ongoing contract where the applicant is the payor to verify account payment history. Ideally, the applicant will supply three to four different entities.
Financial Standing: We obtain information from financial institutions willing to provide details about the applicant’s account standing.
